Dear Parents / Caregivers
We are fortunate that we have not had anyone identified as having measles yet. We do however want to be proactive and would appreciate your assistance with helping us to update our medical records for your children.
We are asking for families / whanau to provide us with evidence of your childrens’ immunisation certificates (or those who do have them), to keep our records up to date. We will take a photocopy and return your original documents.
If your child is not immunised and you do not plan to have your child immunised, could you please send in a written note or email the office confirming this (office@raglanarea.school.nz).
We thank you for any support that you are able to provide to us in this regard. This will help us to manage our response school wide if any of our students do get measles.
