2023 Term Dates

2023 Term Dates are now published here.

These are the key dates for the start of Term One.

• Monday 23 January: The school office opens for enrolments and general enquiries.
• Friday 3 February: Years 11, 12 and 13 students come to school for subject confirmation meetings. Each student will be sent details closer to this date.
• Monday 6 February: WAITANGI DAY public holiday
• Tuesday 7 February: Welcome Whakatau for ALL Years 0-6 students 9.00am in the school hall
• Tuesday 7 February: Welcome Whakatau for ALL Years 7-13 students 11.30am in the school hall.

 

Stationery Lists

Our stationery lists for 2023 are available here. https://www.raglanarea.school.nz/our-school/stationery/.  

Kura Teina (Year 0 – 6) stationery will be purchased by school and made available to students.  Information about cost of the stationery will be shared at the start of term.

Kura Tuakana (Year 7 – 13) will need to be purchased by families.  We do not sell stationery at school.  Click on the link above to find out what will need to be purchased and the options for doing this.

School App 

We will be closing down our school app from January.  Parents & Caregivers who have an email address registered with us are able to access the Edge App, which is our School Management System.  We are able to send out notices via this app.  You can advise us of student absences by emailing attendance@raglanarea.school.nz, leaving a message on 07 825 8140 or sending a text to 027 488 9421.

End of Year Reports

End of Year Reports have been sent by post this week so keep an eye on your mailbox.  You will also be able to access them online on the Edge App in the next couple of days. See above on how to access the Edge App.

Class Lists 

Class lists will be published in late January via our website.

Your School Account

Your End of Year Accounts have been emailed to you. Here are our bank details for payment.  Please include the name of the student and what you are paying for in the reference.
