Phone Lines still Down
Our phone lines are still down. We are continuing to work with Spark and Chorus on a solution. In the interim you can still contact us on 027 488 9421 (text or call), office@raglanarea.school.nz or attendance@raglanarea.school.nz.
Postal Addresses for End of Year Student Reports
We wanted to remind parents and caregivers to please ensure the office have your up-to-date postal address. End of year reports will go out this term to the postal address we have listed. If you want to change or confirm your postal address you can email sue_millward@raglanarea.school.nz, pop in to the school office or contact the office on 027 488 942 (phone or text).
Key Dates

Kura Teina – teachers of Year 0 – 6 students will be attending a NZEI Union Meeting for teachers on the afternoon of Wednesday 16th November. School will finish at 12pm for Kura Teina students only. We also have two Teacher Only days this term; Friday 25th November and Monday 28th November.
The last day of term is Wednesday 14th December, school will finish at 12pm on this day.
Exam Leave for Year 11 – 13
Year 11 – 13 Students are now on study leave. However, students who have not completed their subject NCEA credits are still expected to come in to school for those classes.
Feed the Kids
Feed the Kids have finished at school for 2023, due to exams being held in the school hall. From next week the canteen will be operating five days a week. When we return next year the canteen will return to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Feed the Kids will operate on Wednesday, as usual. Thank you to whaea Margaret and her team of dedicated volunteers!
Dental Truck
The Dental Truck will be finishing up here at the end of this week. They hope to return with a smaller unit to continue seeing our Raglan Area School students.
