Kia Ora e te whanau …
Our Yr3 students are having a Pyjama jam on the last week of school in their classrooms. We will be celebrating our school value “Whakawhaaungatanga” (relationship building). We will sleepover for just the one night in the classroom. Children will come to school as usual on Wednesday, go home after school and return back to school with their sleepover gear after they have had their dinner at home and a shower. (after 6.30 please!). This is an optional camp but we would appreciate it if all our Yr3s participated.
WHERE: In your classroom
TIME: 6.30pm – 8.20am
COST: Gold coin (for breakfast)
WHY: YR3 Sleepover Camp 2015
Gear to bring for Pyjama jam.
•Pyjamas (a spare for those who may need it).
•Mattress, pillow and sleeping bag/ blankets.
•Change of clothes for the next day at school
•Toothbrush/ Toothpaste
•Some small kai to share for supper
•Medicals if necessary
Parents, if you feel your child needs your support for the sleep time please stay the night with us.
The children will have breakfast here at 7.30am but we do need parents to arrive in the morning and help their child pack up their gear to take home for them and to also bring their playlunch and lunch for the day!!! Parents you are welcome to join us for breakfast too.
Please fill in the permission slip below before 28th March and return to the classroom teacher.
